Shipping Time
All orders placed before 3pm EST on weekdays will be shipped from the US warehouse within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3pm and on weekends will be processed on the next business day. The estimated shipping time for pre-sale or customized products is subject to the product details page.

Remote Area Description
For remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US overseas territories, standard express delivery is expected to arrive in 7-10 business days. The specific cost and time are subject to the checkout page. In case of bad weather, holidays or logistics peak periods, the delivery time may be delayed, and we will notify you in time by email.
Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account and check the status of your package at any time on the "My Orders" page. If you have any questions, please contact the customer service team.
Return Policy
Return Conditions
We provide 30 days of unconditional returns, starting from the date of receipt of the product. The returned product must be in new condition, with original packaging, accessories, labels and instructions, and unused and undamaged. Returns due to quality issues are not subject to this restriction and we will handle them unconditionally.
Return Process
Submit an application: Log in to your account, find the order to be returned on the "My Orders" page, click "Apply for Return", fill in the reason and information, and submit.
Returning the product: If the application is approved (within 1-2 working days), you can choose to bear the shipping cost yourself, and properly pack the product and send it to the cooperating logistics provider (such as UPS, FedEx).
Refund Processing: After receiving the returned product and checking that it is correct, a refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days, and the money will be returned to the original payment account.
Notes
Customized products and special promotional products marked "not returnable" are not subject to the no-reason return policy, but they are still protected against quality issues. If you have any questions during the return process, you can contact us through online customer service, email or phone.
